Vinyasa Yoga
Our yoga classes are based on vinyasa flow. Expect a smooth flowing sequence of poses that allow for connection between the breath and movements. We incorporate well known sequences like cat-cow and sun salutation into a diverse set of exercises that will elevate your practice and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Check out our summer yoga in the park sessions starting in May.
