Rowing not only adds variety to a routine, it exercises all the muscle groups and can be adjusted for a high or low intensity workout. Because rowing requires multi-movements, it is a great way to improve coordination while burning fat and increasing your power.

Row-Ga!
Row-Ga! is a unique fusion of rowing and vinyasa yoga flow.
Every “Row-ga!” class is unique, dependent on the audience, to keep it fresh and interesting. This class offers an organic flow of yoga postures / asanas that are suitable to your individual needs. We have mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets to make your practice as safe and comfortable. We transform the studio from a high intensity rowing atmosphere to an open, peaceful and more relaxed space for yoga.
Pilates, TRX, Row, Spin
90 minute mix of spinning, TRX (total body resistance exercise), pilates, and weights! Every week we mix up the routine to keep it lively with Spin bikes, pilates reformers, pilates chairs, bosu and medicine balls, and weights. Get ready to for a great total body workout!
